Do You Know Any “Know It Alls”?

Blog, Blogroll, Life Lessons No Comments

I just came back from doing a 3 day seminar. It was fun. Having said that, there was a man in the audience that “had all the answers”. It didn’t matter which speaker that was speaking, he would either argue or have a better idea.

It was quite amazing. Why am I telling you this? You are most likely not like him at all but still, we do not always see ourselves as who we really are or appear to be to others.

Does it Matter?

Yes and no. You do not have to defend yourself to anyone but at the same time if you could become better at being you everyday, that would be a good thing.

How can you do this?

Watch others.

Watch others watching others.

Are they taking notes? Why not?

Does the speaker think he is funny and really is not?

Is his stories too long for too little value?

I think you get the point.

Just NOT doing 90% of the stuff others do

will put you in the top 10% of the successful!!

Be conscious of YOU.

Listen more and don’t offer your advice unless someone asks for it.

Determine you can learn from anyone. Many times it’s the things not tot do.

Ok, that’s it for now. Put this into practice today and increase your value!!
